Work principle and application
The main principle of the floating screen machine is that the surface of sieve makes even and reciprocating motion by using eccentric gear and slightly titled sieve net, which makes the material pass the sieve net quickly to achieve high efficiency and high capacity, Longer time to contact with the surface of sieve, more opportunities to though the screen and higher precision of screening and less damage to the material structure itself.
Motion Trail:As the figure indicated that it started with circular motion at the inlet, then becomes elliptical movement gradually, and turns into reciprocate linear motion at the end part of the screen.
Structure
The screen is mainly composed of Screen box, Motor, Drive equipment, Sieve frame, Friction supporting , supporting frame, and vibration reduction devices. Motor and triangle belt make the screen box do the reciprocating motion which pushed the materials flow to the outlet rapidly.
The screen box included:sieve,sieve frame,space frame,bouncing ball,tension devices.
