2.   Working Principles

Low-speed vibrator is driven by the motor, so that the material moves in the way of a circular at the front-end of the screen surface and a oval at the end. That is to say, the material is always touching with the mesh cloth but no material flying over it, so as to improve screening efficiency.

3. Applications:

This kind of machine is widely used in the industries required larger feeding capacity such as the minerals, chemicals, metallurgy, non-minerals and so on. It has not only the large processing capacity but the high sieving accuracy as well.

4. Features:

a. Low vibrating frequency at the speed of 960 times/ min, long life span; larger screening capacity than the linear vibrating screen.

b. Mesh cloth is always in tension by the spring devices, which plays a good role in increasing and stabling the efficiency. This is unique design only for this type.

c. The motion distance of the material touching with the mesh cloth is 3 times longer than the length of the liner screen. Because the round moving track prolongs the touching time of the material and mesh cloth. It greatly enhances the screening efficiency and feeding capacity.
